"Inverse Spectral Problems for the Sturm-Liouville Type of Differential Operators with (Non) Zero Initial Function and a Constant Delay: Uniqueness and Algorithm"

ÖZET: In the first part of the seminar, we will give information about boundary value problems generated by non-self-adjoint second-order differential operators with a constant delay and zero initial function. This kind of problems have been extensively studied in the literature. In the second part, we will talk about the inverse problems for the same kind of boundary value problems when the initial function is not equal to zero. Results in this direction appear to be rare in the literature.
